Seven New ETFs Listed in a Single Day on the 22nd
As the domestic exchange-traded fund (ETF) market continues to grow rapidly, the number of ETFs traded on the stock exchange has surpassed 1,000 for the first time.
According to the Korea Exchange on July 22, there are currently 1,200 ETFs being traded in the domestic market. This marks the first time the number of ETFs has exceeded 1,000 in the 23 years since ETFs were first listed in the domestic market in 2002.
The number of ETFs has increased rapidly, surpassing 800 on November 21, 2023, and exceeding 900 on October 15 last year.
On this day as well, seven new ETFs were newly listed, including The J Small and Mid Cap Focus Active, KODEX TDF2060 Active, and KIWOOM US Tech 100 Monthly Target Hedge Active.
