The signing ceremony was attended by Seo Jangwon, CEO of Coway, Lee Hyuncheol, Chairman of the National Home Appliance and Telecommunications Service Labor Union, and Cho Hyunho, Head of the Coway CL Branch of the National Home Appliance and Telecommunications Service Labor Union, as well as other representatives from both labor and management. Both parties jointly signed the agreement.
Coway began negotiations with the CL Branch in November last year and reached a tentative agreement on June 27, 2025. In addition, a vote among union members was held over two days starting July 17, resulting in a final settlement of the negotiations with 94.4% approval.
Based on this agreement, labor and management pledged to work closely together across all aspects of on-site organizational operations under the shared goal of customer satisfaction. Prior to this CL Branch wage agreement, Coway also concluded a wage and collective bargaining agreement with the production union last month, continuing its commitment to the value of labor-management coexistence.
Coway stated, "This wage agreement is a meaningful outcome achieved through trust and cooperation between labor and management," and added, "We will continue to provide better products and services to our customers through ongoing labor-management cooperation."
