The Leading Teacher Training program, hosted by the Ministry of Education and the Korea Education and Research Information Service (KERIS) and organized by Elis School and others, is a large-scale teacher training project aimed at training teachers who will lead class and assessment innovation in the AI era. Following its roles as the implementing institution for the 'T.O.U.C.H. Teacher Group Training' in 2023 and the 'Classroom Revolution Leading Teacher' programs in both the first and second halves of 2024, Elis School has succeeded in winning large-scale teacher training projects for three consecutive years.
Elis School will operate both online and offline training sessions for elementary, middle, and high school teachers, as well as special school teachers, in the Busan, Ulsan, and Gyeongnam regions until next month.
The Leading Teacher Training program consists of a preliminary training held last month, remote training this month, and a total of four in-person training sessions scheduled from the 26th of this month to the 8th of next month. The training will utilize the 'Elis School LXP', an AI education practice platform specialized for public education. Participating teachers will also be provided with trial accounts that allow unlimited use of various generative AI models.
Kim Jaewon, CEO of Elis Group, stated, "Based on our extensive experience in large-scale AI education, we will provide differentiated training that enables teachers leading public education to enhance their work productivity using AI collaboration tools."
