This training session was organized to create a sound organizational culture within the public sector and to enhance internal integrity. It is being held over two days, on July 21 and the upcoming July 23, for approximately 420 participants, including bureau, division, and team leaders, as well as grade 6 officials without managerial positions.
The lecture was delivered by Park Jongwon, Head of the Safety Audit Team 1 at the Seoul Metropolitan Government Audit Committee. The session covered the code of conduct for public officials, types and prevention of workplace power abuse, and real-life case studies.
Meanwhile, Mapo District has operated the Integrity Task Force three times this year, and has implemented effective measures such as abolishing the "Executive Appreciation Day" and prohibiting work instructions outside of official working hours.
