The "Livelihood Recovery Consumption Coupon" program is a joint initiative by the government and local authorities. Its aim is to revitalize local consumption, which has been dampened by high interest rates and high prices, and to support the stability of residents' livelihoods. Hamyang County is providing additional benefits for areas experiencing rural population decline, granting every resident consumption coupons worth at least 200,000 won and up to 550,000 won per person.

Mayor Jin also encouraged the staff at the town offices who are assisting with the application process, saying, "Please ensure that each and every resident receives these benefits without omission, and provide thorough guidance with a strong sense of responsibility until the end." He expressed his appreciation for their hard work and asked for their continued cooperation.

Hamyang County will accept offline applications at town and township offices and local NongHyup branches until September 12. Online applications are also being accepted through card company websites and the ZeroPay app. For residents with mobility difficulties, an "on-site application service" will be provided through cooperation between town and village heads to offer support directly at the site.
