Kim, together with key executives such as the head of the Housing Construction Division and other company staff, took the stage and said, "Gaepo Woosung 7th can most clearly demonstrate the premium standards that 'Summit' aspires to." He said, "I was drawn to this project because of the unique location and appeal of Gaepo in Seoul," and added, "This will become a landmark building and residential complex representing not only Gaepo but also Gangnam, setting a new standard in modern architecture."
Daewoo E&C reiterated all aspects of its project conditions, including financial terms to reduce the burden on association members, guaranteed completion, and acceptance of the construction contract. CEO Kim stated, "What I am saying today is not just a proposal, but a promise that I will personally take responsibility for and keep as CEO," and emphasized, "From design, construction, and finishing to post-occupancy management, I will not avoid responsibility at any stage, and as CEO, I will personally oversee the entire process."
Daewoo E&C has decided to operate a PR center in Gangnam-gu from the 21st until August 22, the day before the general meeting to select the contractor. The center will be open on designated weekdays, and association members can make reservations via text message.
