On July 21, Naver, Kakao, and Toss?three major big tech companies?announced that they will begin providing information and application services for the public livelihood recovery consumption coupon.

The three big tech companies stated that they will notify users about the consumption coupon application in accordance with the designated weekday system via app notifications.

According to the Ministry of the Interior and Safety, the first round of consumption coupon applications will be accepted both online and offline for approximately eight weeks, starting from this day until September 12.

During the first week of applications, from July 21 to 25, a weekday system based on the last digit of the applicant's birth year will be implemented. Those whose birth year ends in 1 or 6 can apply on Monday; 2 or 7 on Tuesday; 3 or 8 on Wednesday; 4 or 9 on Thursday; and 5 or 0 on Friday. Only online applications are available on weekends.

The three companies also explained that their apps are equipped with a card company integration feature. When users apply for the consumption coupon in Naver Pay as app points, money, or with the physical 'Npay Money Card,' they will be redirected to the application page of BC Card, a partner company.
