During the past week, three K-pop groups simultaneously appeared on the main U.S. Billboard album chart.

According to a Billboard chart preview article on July 20 (local time), the original soundtrack (OST) for the Netflix animated film K-Pop Demon Hunters ranked fifth on the main U.S. Billboard album chart, the "Billboard 200," dropping three spots from the previous week but maintaining a spot in the top five for four consecutive weeks.

The OST debuted at No. 8 in its first week, climbed to No. 3 in its second week, and reached No. 2 in its third week, setting a new personal best each time. Billboard stated, "Since the chart began counting album units in December 2014, this is the only soundtrack to debut in the top 10 and see unit increases for four consecutive weeks."

During the most recent tracking period, the total consumption for the OST album was 85,000 units, a 14% increase from the previous week. Of this, streaming equivalent albums (SEA) accounted for 79,000 units, physical sales were 5,000 units, and track equivalent albums (TEA) were 1,000 units. The number of streams during the same period reached 109.53 million, the highest for a soundtrack since the Encanto OST recorded 114.67 million in 2022.

The K-Pop Demon Hunters OST is also performing strongly on domestic music charts. On Melon's "Top 100" chart, the track "Golden" ranked No. 1, while "Soda Pop" took the No. 2 spot.

In addition, both Twice and Ateez entered the top 10 of the "Billboard 200" this week. Twice's fourth full-length album, THIS IS FOR, ranked sixth with 80,000 album units, marking the group's seventh top 10 entry overall.

Ateez re-entered the chart at No. 7 following the release of a new version of GOLDEN HOUR : Part.3 titled "In Your Fantasy Edition."
