LH to Supply 16,000 Public Sale and Newlywed Hope Town Units in Second Half of Year

Korea Land and Housing Corporation announced on July 21 that it plans to supply a total of approximately 16,000 housing units for sale in the second half of this year. Of these, about 12,000 units will be located in the Seoul metropolitan area, including the third-phase new towns.


This month, a total of 2,177 units will be supplied in the Namyangju Wangsuk district, including 1,776 public sale units (A1, B1, B2 blocks) and 401 Newlywed Hope Town units (A2 block). In the Namyangju Jinjeop 2 district, 1,175 units will be offered, including 255 Newlywed Hope Town units (A-4 block) and 920 public sale units (A-1 block). Newlywed Hope Town units will also be supplied in the Guri Galmae Station Area district, and for the first time, public rental units with a six-year sale conversion option will be available in the Hwaseong Dongtan 2 district.


In August, public sale units and Newlywed Hope Town units will be supplied in the Uijeongbu Ujeong district and Gwacheon Juam district, respectively. In September, housing is scheduled to be supplied in the Wonju Musil district in Gangwon Province, Namyangju Jinjeop 2 district, and Ulsan Taehwagangbyeon district.


In October, a total of 2,274 units will be supplied in Daejeon Daedong 2, Cheongju Jibuk, and Gimhae Jinrye. In November, a total of 1,895 public sale and Newlywed Hope Town units will be supplied in Namyangju Wangsuk, Gunpo Daeyami, and other areas. In December, a total of 4,090 units will be supplied in Gimpo Gochon, Gwacheon Juam, and other locations. The supply schedule may change depending on construction progress and other factors.
