Gyeongsan Holds Customized Violence Prevention Training for Senior Public Officials

On July 18, the city of Gyeongsan (Mayor Cho Hyunil) held a customized violence prevention training session for senior public officials (Grade 5 and above), including heads of agencies, in the main conference room at City Hall.

For this training, Gyeongsan invited Heo Jiweon, an integrated violence prevention education specialist from the Korea Institute for Gender Equality Promotion and Education and CEO of Gender Balsonso, to deliver a lecture on "The Secrets of Leadership for All: Genderless Language Skills." The session covered topics such as gender sensitivity required for leaders, advanced genderless language skills, and questioning techniques for leaders from a gender-sensitive perspective.

Mayor Cho Hyunil of Gyeongsan stated, "The role of senior public officials is more important than anything else in creating a healthy organizational culture," and urged, "Please take the lead in fostering a sound and transparent public service culture through mutual consideration and respect."
