Next Week, 7,956 Units to Be Sold Across Nine Complexes Nationwide Including Haeundae-gu, Busan

Next week, a total of 7,956 apartment units across nine complexes?including Haeundae-gu in Busan?will begin sales.

According to Real Estate R114 on July 19, nine complexes nationwide will launch sales in the fourth week of July, offering a total of 7,956 units (4,951 for general sale). This represents an increase of 3,858 units compared to the previous week's 4,098 units.

Applications will open at nine locations, including 'Le Eliver Park Centum' in Jaesong-dong, Haeundae-gu, Busan, and 'Hillstate Hoeryong Station Park View' in Howon-dong, Uijeongbu, Gyeonggi Province.

Lotte Construction will launch sales for 'Le Eliver Park Centum' in Jaesong-dong, Haeundae-gu, Busan. The complex consists of six buildings ranging from six basement floors to a maximum of 67 above-ground floors, with a total of 2,070 units and exclusive areas ranging from 84 to 244 square meters. The supply price for an 84-square-meter unit is in the 1.2 to 1.3 billion won range, and the price ceiling system does not apply. The resale restriction period is six months. Attention is focused on the subscription results, as this is a large-scale complex by a major construction company supplied in an area not subject to the June 27 lending regulations.

The complex is located near Jaesong Station on the Donghae Line in Busan, within walking distance of Songsu Elementary School. It offers good access to Centum City in Haeundae, scenic views of the Suyeong River, and excellent infrastructure, including the Shinsegae Department Store Centum City branch and BEXCO.
