Sandoll announced on the 18th that it has decided to carry out a bonus issue, allocating one new common share for each existing common share.
After the capital increase, the total number of issued shares will increase to 15,133,507.
The record date for the allocation of new shares is August 6. The scheduled listing date is August 26 of the same month.
