Celebrating its third year, AFPRO 2025 was held at COEX in Seoul from July 16 to 18 for three days. The event was co-hosted by NH Investment & Securities, NongHyup, Korea Institute of Agricultural Technology Promotion, and COEX.

This year's expo featured approximately 210 startups in the AgTech, FoodTech, and Green Bio sectors, operating a total of 350 booths. The event included a range of programs aimed at fostering the agri-food startup ecosystem: startup exhibition booths, VC-startup meetups, an agri-food investment outlook conference, and special stage programs. In particular, NH Investment & Securities took a leading role in supporting the AgTech industry by operating promotional booths for Entech Bio S and Hanbat IoT?both graduates of the "NongHyup AgTech Youth Startup Campus (NHarvest X)"?and by participating in the agri-food investment outlook conference.

Yoon Byungwoon, CEO of NH Investment & Securities, stated, "NH Investment & Securities will continue to support the development of sustainable future agriculture and the expansion of the AgTech investment ecosystem across the entire NongHyup group."

NH Investment & Securities, together with NongHyup Central Cooperative, Korea Institute of Agricultural Technology Promotion, and Sopoong Connect, operates the "NongHyup AgTech Youth Startup Campus Advanced Program (NHarvest X)," an accelerator program specializing in the agricultural industry. This year, six selected companies are being given opportunities to conduct business proof-of-concept projects using NongHyup's infrastructure. In addition, through the operation of AgTech funds such as the 50 billion won Hope Agricultural Innovation Fund, the company is discovering and investing in startups that apply advanced technologies?including artificial intelligence and robotics?to the agri-food sector, and is actively working to address issues such as rural depopulation and aging populations.
