The core of the Raemian Lumiwon landscaping design is the approximately 10,000-square-meter (3,000-pyeong) central plaza called "PARAMOUNT VALLEY." This plaza, which runs through the center of the complex, is designed to resemble a valley flowing between the main buildings, serving as a landmark space where city and nature meet at the boundary, with forests and waterfalls harmoniously integrated.
At the heart of the plaza, a 300-year-old zelkova tree, preserved as a symbol of the complex's history, will be placed. Surrounding the atrium, a 120-meter waterway named "Starlight Wave" will also be created.

Another landmark is the 80-meter-long panoramic wall fountain called "The Infinite Veil." Set against a backdrop of pine forests that remain green throughout all four seasons, the large wall fountain cascades down the cliffs.
The entire complex will be surrounded by the 16,500-square-meter "SUPREMEFOREST." Four themed forests, each offering a unique landscape with the changing seasons, and a total of 3.5 kilometers of circular walking trails will provide residents with spaces for complete relaxation in nature.

Each building will also feature a rooftop garden called "THE PEAKGARDEN" and a piloti garden named "HALOCOVE."
Samsung C&T holds the record for the most awards in Korea from IFLA (International Federation of Landscape Architects), having won 13 times in the field of landscaping, and has also been recognized at the three major design awards.
Kim Myungseok, Executive Vice President and Head of the Housing Business Division at Samsung C&T, stated, "The landscaping we have proposed for Gaepo Woosung 7th Complex is an attempt to expand residents' lifestyles into an inspiring experience within nature," adding, "We aim to bring the awe of grand nature into daily life, offering a new residential experience."
