The Constitutional Court dismissed the impeachment motion against Son Junseong, Deputy Chief Prosecutor (Chief Prosecutor) of the Daegu High Prosecutors' Office, who had been under suspicion in the so-called "accusation instigation" case, on July 17.

The Constitutional Court unanimously rejected the National Assembly's impeachment motion against Deputy Chief Prosecutor Son, with all seven justices in agreement. As a result, Son will immediately return to his duties.
