On this day, Head Kim checked the drainage conditions, alternative routes, and whether rescue equipment could access the sites. He also reviewed the cooperation system among fire authorities, local governments, and the police.

Head Kim emphasized, "As this is a period when the risks from heavy rainfall increase, it is the responsibility of the fire department to be the first to check the site," adding, "The starting point must always be the 'field' itself."
