[Breaking] Choi Kangwook's 10 Million Won Fine Finalized for 'Reporter Defamation'

Choi Kangwook, former member of the Democratic Party of Korea, who was put on trial for defaming Lee Dongjae, a former Channel A reporter, has had his fine finalized by the Supreme Court.

The Supreme Court's Third Division (Presiding Justice Oh Seokjun) on the 17th upheld the previous court ruling that sentenced Choi to a fine of 10 million won for defamation under the Information and Communications Network Act and other related charges.
