Daebang Industrial Development will conduct official contract signings for the residential officetel "Dongtan Lake Park Daebang Elium Lake Park," constructed in Dongtan 2 New Town, Hwaseong-si, Gyeonggi-do, tomorrow, Friday, July 18. The contracts will be held at the model house located in Osan-dong, Hwaseong-si, Gyeonggi-do, from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Local real estate agents and industry insiders commented, "Dongtan Lake Park Daebang Elium offers not only a pleasant residential environment due to its location near Lake Park, but also excellent convenience thanks to planned transportation benefits such as the transfer station for Dongtan Tram Lines 1 and 2 (scheduled) and the extended Bundang Line (under promotion)." They added, "In addition, temporary financial benefits such as a two-year, interest-free deferment of 20% of the balance, a prepayment discount worth 60 million won, and support for 50% of the acquisition tax, as well as free premium options such as high-end appliances and hotel-grade interiors, are expected to lead to rapid contract completions."
The complex is designed so that most units offer views of Dongtan Lake Park, and residents can enjoy the "Luna Show," a special multimedia show held at Dongtan Lake Park, from within their homes. The living rooms feature 2.5-meter tray ceilings and reinforced glass railings, making it easier for most units (except some) to enjoy views of Dongtan Lake Park.
