Hyundai Engineering & Construction announced that it will open the model house for "Hillstate Hoeryong Station Parkview," which is being built in Howon-dong, Uijeongbu, Gyeonggi Province, on July 18. The complex will consist of 12 buildings with 3 basement levels and 33 above-ground floors, offering a total of 1,816 units with exclusive areas ranging from 39 to 84 square meters. Of these, 674 units with exclusive areas of 59 and 84 square meters will be available for general sale.
As of the date of the tenant recruitment announcement, any household head or member who is at least 19 years old, has resided in Uijeongbu or the Seoul metropolitan area, has held a subscription savings account for at least 12 months, and meets the required deposit by region and area, can apply for first-priority subscription regardless of home ownership or income. There are no mandatory residency periods or restrictions on re-winning. The contract deposit has been reduced to 5%; the first installment is a fixed amount (5 million won), and the second installment must be paid within 30 days. Up to 60% of the interim payment can be financed interest-free.

Hoeryong Station, served by Subway Line 1 and the Uijeongbu Light Rail, is nearby, and only two stops away is Seoul. Elementary and middle schools are located close to the complex, and there are large shopping malls and neighborhood commercial areas nearby. The area is pleasant, with mountains, streams, parks, and walking trails in the vicinity. All general sale units are primarily south-facing, and landscaping features have been installed throughout the interior of the complex. Community facilities for residents will include a golf driving range, fitness center, screen golf facility, sauna, and lounge. A dry car wash area will be created in the underground parking lot. The company has partnered with Avalon Education to prepare English education programs for residents.
Special supply applications will be accepted on July 21, and first and second priority subscriptions will be open from July 22 to 23. The winners will be announced on July 29, and official contracts will be signed from August 9 to 11. Move-in is scheduled for April 2026.
