Gwangju Bank announced on the 16th that it has signed a business agreement with SK M&S Co., Ltd. to introduce a retirement pension welfare platform.


Through this agreement, Gwangju Bank's retirement pension customers will be able to access a wide range of products and services in areas such as travel, leisure, recreation, shopping, health management, hobbies, and self-development at specially discounted prices via the "Gwangju Bank Retirement Pension Customer Exclusive Benepia" platform. Key services will include discounts on domestic and international travel, preferential health check-up services, and guaranteed lowest prices for online shopping, providing customers with tangible benefits.


Pre-registration for the platform will be available starting next month through the Gwangju Bank website, Gwangjuwa Bank (APP), and mobile web banking. After pre-registration, customers will be able to sign up for Benepia membership and begin using the full range of services one week later. Gwangju Bank plans to increase customer satisfaction among retirement pension clients and continuously expand differentiated welfare benefits through the introduction of this platform.


Benepia, the welfare mall platform operated by SK M&S, is a leading welfare platform in South Korea used by approximately 3,700 companies and public institutions, with more than 1.1 million members, making it the top platform in the domestic selective welfare business market.


Lim Yangjin, Head of the Trust Division at Gwangju Bank, stated, "This agreement marks the first step in expanding additional services for customers using Gwangju Bank's retirement pension. We will continue to broaden the scope of cooperation between the two companies and strive to establish ourselves as a leading financial institution in the regional pension market by offering a variety of customized services."
