Utilizing Grains Such as Kamut and Oatmeal
Tous Les Jours, operated by CJ Foodville, announced on July 16 that it is strengthening its 'SLOW TLJ' lineup by launching three new healthy bread products.
The new products feature grains such as kamut and oatmeal, which are known for their slow-aging properties. Using Tous Les Jours' unique technology, the breads offer a moist and soft texture with a rich, nutty flavor.
The 'High Dietary Fiber & Low Sugar Kamut Grain Bread' is a grain bread with a moist texture and savory flavor, made with kamut and wheat bran, both rich in protein and dietary fiber. Kamut is an ancient grain cultivated in Egypt, packed with dietary fiber, minerals, and various nutrients. Wheat bran, the inner shell of wheat obtained during flour processing, is also highly nutritious.
The lineup also includes bread and morning rolls made with the super grain oatmeal. The 'Slow Oat Bread' is filled with dietary fiber from kamut, durum wheat, and oatmeal, and contains whole grains, offering a deeper and nuttier flavor with every bite. The 'Slow Oat Morning Roll' is a '3-free' product, made without butter, milk, or eggs. Instead, it uses 'oatmeal pesto,' resulting in a bread that is even more savory and moist.
'SLOW TLJ' combines Tous Les Jours' philosophy of 'health' with the functional image of 'slow aging.' The company communicates both its existing and new healthy bread products under the 'SLOW TLJ' brand. Last month, as the first new products of the 'SLOW TLJ' campaign, Tous Les Jours launched the 'High Protein Low Sugar Seed Campagne' and two types of sandwiches made with it.
A CJ Foodville representative said, "Many consumers resonate with the 'SLOW TLJ' philosophy of health, and interest in Tous Les Jours' new healthy bread products continues to grow." The representative added, "We plan to strengthen communication with consumers through campaign videos, SNS content, and other activities, so that more people can enjoy Tous Les Jours' healthy breads in an easy and friendly way."
