'Donghaeng Rice' is a win-win project in which Lotte Chemical purchases and donates agricultural products from areas near its Daesan plant in Seosan, South Chungcheong Province. This activity, which has continued every year since 2021, aims to support local farmers and create a virtuous cycle of sharing by delivering the purchased rice back to vulnerable groups in the local community.

CEO Youngjun Lee stated, "We will continue to expand various support activities to protect the local community and create a world of mutual growth through sharing."

In June, Lotte Chemical also donated 'Donghaeng Rice' to the Korea Single-Parent Family Welfare Facilities Association and the Miral Welfare Foundation. The total volume of donations this year is expected to reach approximately 17,000 bags.
