BloomingChatbot announced on July 14 that the artificial intelligence (AI)-based fan communication platform 'BloomingTalk' will launch simultaneously next month in South Korea, China, the United States, Japan, and other countries.
BloomingTalk is a global platform that combines AI technology and entertainment, allowing artists and fans to interact like friends. The service was developed by the AI company Mindlogic and is provided by BloomingChatbot.
Key producer and visionary leader Lee Sooman is producing the project, and girl group A2OMay as well as other artists from A2O Entertainment will participate, with plans to expand the lineup in the future.
The platform offers several features, including 'HumanTalk,' which enables direct messaging between artists and fans, and 'AITalk,' which provides 24/7 chat with artist AIs through the 'DM' function. It also includes 'AI Voice Call,' which allows fans and artist AIs to converse by voice, 'Moment,' a social networking service (SNS)-style feature where fans can view images and text posted by artists and interact with them, and 'Exclusive Photos,' where fans can access a variety of special photos of the artists.
Fans can request notification settings from the artist AI via message and set personalized voice alarms based on the artist's actual voice as their morning call. In addition, the AI remembers conversations between artists and fans, and only the fan and the artist can access this content.
