Up to 39 Million Won Prepayment Discount
Additional 100 Million Won Support for Interior Design
Booyoung Group announced on July 14 that it will offer a special sale of some of its company-owned units in the "Booyoung Aesiang" mixed-use residential complex in Donong-dong, Namyangju-si, Gyeonggi Province.
"Booyoung Aesiang" consists of a total of 364 units, each with an exclusive area of 143 square meters, in buildings ranging from 3 to 18 stories above ground. While nearby apartments in the 30-pyeong range, such as those in Dasan New Town, are priced above 1 billion won, Booyoung is offering a deferred payment option to reduce the financial burden for genuine homebuyers, allowing them to pay half of the sale price over two years after moving in. Buyers who pay the full amount in a lump sum can receive a prepayment discount of up to 39 million won.

An additional 100 million won is provided to support individual interior design. Residents can choose their interior according to their preferences, enabling them to move into a highly finished space immediately upon occupancy.
The transportation environment is also excellent. Donong Station on the Gyeongui-Jungang Line is directly adjacent to the complex, and the extension of Seoul Subway Line 8 (Byeollae Line), which opened in August last year, has improved access to the Gangnam area of Seoul. Once the GTX-B line opens, travel time to major downtown areas of Seoul is expected to be further reduced. Access to Gangbyeonbuk-ro, Olympic-daero, and the Seoul Metropolitan Area's First Ring Expressway is also convenient.
The complex features various amenities such as banks, hospitals, academies, and restaurants. An E-Mart is located within the complex and can be accessed directly by elevator. In the surrounding area, there are large commercial facilities including Hyundai Outlet, Lotte Department Store, and Guri Agricultural and Marine Products Wholesale Market. Green spaces such as Donong Neighborhood Park are also nearby, contributing to a pleasant residential environment.
The educational environment is also favorable. Near the complex are Donong Elementary and Middle Schools, Donghwa Middle and High Schools, as well as four elementary schools, three middle schools, and two high schools within the district.
Sales contracts for "Booyoung Aesiang" will be conducted at a model home located in the Donong-dong area of Namyangju-si, Gyeonggi Province.
