Hyundai Motor Company announced on July 14 that it had successfully debuted its high-performance electric vehicle, the Ioniq 6 N, at the Goodwood Festival of Speed in the UK.
The Hyundai N brand first unveiled the Ioniq 5 N at the Goodwood Festival of Speed in the UK in 2023. This year, it introduced its second high-performance electric vehicle, the Ioniq 6 N, at the same venue. Through this, Hyundai created a symbolic moment to commemorate the 10th anniversary of the brand and further elevated its status as a high-performance brand.

The newly unveiled Ioniq 6 N is a model that combines the technology and performance of the Ioniq 5 N with Hyundai N's motorsport experience and the technological expertise accumulated through the 'Rolling Lab' (moving laboratory) project. At this event, Hyundai showcased the high-performance design and technology of the Ioniq 6 N to automotive fans worldwide, expanding the realm of high-performance electrification.
Manfred Harrer, Executive Vice President and Head of Vehicle Development at Hyundai Motor Company, stated, "The Ioniq 6 N was developed based on N's 'Fun to Drive' philosophy, actively incorporating feedback from fans, customers, and engineers. We hope that more people will experience the true joy of driving through this car."

At the Goodwood Festival of Speed, Hyundai showcased the Ioniq 6 N, the Ioniq 6 N equipped with N Performance Parts, and the Ioniq 6 N Drift Spec optimized for drifting, presenting the scalability of its motorsport offerings and a variety of possibilities.
In particular, the Ioniq 6 N participated in the festival's signature event, the 'Hillclimb' course run, making a strong impression.
During the highlight 'N Moment' performance session, two rally cars symbolizing N's motorsport experience?the 2014 Hyundai i20 WRC and the 2024 i20 N Rally 1 Hybrid?along with the Rolling Lab RN24, Ioniq 6 N, Ioniq 6 N Drift Spec, and the Ioniq 6 N fitted with exclusive N Performance Parts, all ran the Hillclimb course together to commemorate the 10th anniversary of the brand's launch.
