[Click e-Stock] "MDSTech, NVIDIA's AI Solution Partner"

On July 14, Research Arum projected that MDSTech would continue to grow as an official partner supplying NVIDIA's artificial intelligence (AI) solutions.

Choi Sunghwan, a researcher at Research Arum, stated, "The most prominent area recently is undoubtedly the NVIDIA AI platform," adding, "MDSTech is the exclusive domestic distributor for NVIDIA's 'Edge AI' dedicated compact computer module series."

He continued, "MDSTech is an official partner for supplying AI servers based on high-performance GPUs such as the A100, H100, and Blackwell," and explained, "The company possesses a unique level of engineering capability in Korea, providing not only simple distribution but also comprehensive services including server design, system integration, and technical support."

He further noted, "Last year, revenue related to NVIDIA increased by 300% compared to 2020," and added, "As demand for NVIDIA products used in IT servers and supercomputers has grown, the proportion of revenue related to NVIDIA reached about 20% of total sales last year."

Choi analyzed, "In the second half of this year, with the global launch of the next-generation GPU 'Blackwell' and the government's 'Sovereign AI' policy, large-scale GPU demand is expected to rise," and stated, "Considering not only the growth of the AI market but also the benefits from public sector GPU infrastructure investment, other business divisions represent strategic new businesses that will drive future growth."

This year, MDSTech is estimated to achieve sales of 216.9 billion won and operating profit of 10.2 billion won, representing increases of 31.0% and 72.9%, respectively, compared to last year. Research Arum presented a positive stock outlook for MDSTech and suggested a fair stock price of 2,400 won.
