This volunteer activity was organized to protect the health of elderly veterans' families during the summer, when heat and humidity overlap. Quarantine services were provided to seven households receiving home welfare support in the Geumjeong-gu area of Busan, and daily necessities and other consolation items were also delivered.

Kim Seokjong, the branch director, stated, "We will continue our volunteer activities with our members so that elderly veterans' families can spend the summer in a comfortable and safe environment."

The Busan Regional Veterans Office expressed gratitude for the support of the Special Mission Merit Association and emphasized, "We will do our best together with the local community so that the great dedication made for the country can lead to a happy later life."
