Daewoo Construction Selected as Contractor for Cheonho-dong Redevelopment Project

On July 13, Daewoo Construction announced that it had been selected as the contractor for the redevelopment project in the area of 532-2 Cheonho-dong, Gangdong-gu, Seoul. The project involves building eight apartment buildings, ranging from four basement levels to 24 stories above ground, on a 24,000 square meter site, with a total of 582 units. The construction cost is 245.3 billion KRW. The proposed name for the apartment complex is "Proud Hill Prugio." For the first time in the Cheonho area, a sky community will be implemented at a height of 70 meters, offering views of the Han River. Each unit will be equipped with a food waste transfer system. The company has also proposed community facilities for residents, including a fitness club, golf club, and sauna.
