This event was organized to share the business achievements of the first half of this year, discuss future improvement measures, and strengthen internal and external cooperation. A total of 105 working-level officials from Gyeonggi Province and 20 cities and counties attended. Kim Dongyoung, Vice Chairman of the Construction and Transportation Committee of the Gyeonggi Provincial Council, also participated and encouraged the attendees.

Vice Chairman Kim received a plaque of appreciation in recognition of his contributions to improving the mobility and quality of life for Gyeonggi residents, including the enactment of the "Gyeonggi-do Smart Bus (Demand-Responsive Bus) Operation and Support Ordinance."

The performance sharing meeting consisted of presentations on major business achievements, such as the expansion of Smart Call and Smart Bus wired call services to all regions, the implementation of the village bus quasi-public operation project, and the expansion of the metropolitan bus/city bus public management system. It also included group discussions by field. Various practical and on-site solutions and continuous development measures were proposed for each area of work.

An official who participated in the performance sharing meeting stated, "It was meaningful to have field officials gather in one place to discuss and deliberate on practical business matters, and I believe the discussions can be applied and utilized in actual operations."

President Min Kyungseon said, "It was significant to be able to see the operational achievements of each city and county at a glance and to listen to the various opinions from different regions. I hope this event will serve as a foundation for diverse information exchange and institutional improvements among cities and counties to enhance bus operation efficiency."

Meanwhile, Gyeonggi Transportation Corporation's integrated transportation platform "Ttokta" is approaching a cumulative 1.3 million downloads and is planning a membership sign-up event. In the first half of 2025, the company improved dispatch rates by distributing promotional videos during mandatory education for taxi drivers. In the second half, it plans to expand the number of shared bicycles available and provide optimized route services that incorporate public transportation (bus and subway information) and walking routes.

Gyeonggi Transportation Corporation will continue to focus on ongoing communication and innovative service improvements to enhance transportation convenience for residents.
