Gwangju Bank announced on July 11 that it is conducting a limited-time special preferential interest rate event for its representative fixed deposit product, 'Plus Damoa Deposit.'

This event, which runs until July 21, is notable in that any customer who does not make a withdrawal within one month from the deposit date, including the date of account opening, can receive the preferential interest rate without any complicated requirements.

The interest rates are up to 2.54% per annum for six months (with a base rate of 2.02% per annum) and up to 2.62% per annum for one year (with a base rate of 2.08% per annum). The minimum deposit amount is 10 million won, and the maximum is 5 billion won. The total subscription limit is 100 billion won, and the event may end early if this limit is reached. Customers can sign up for the product by visiting a nearby branch or easily through Gwangju Wabank and mobile web banking.
