Fire at Changwon Tire Store ... Four Evacuate Including Employee and Nearby Residents

At approximately 1:36 p.m. on July 11, a fire broke out at a tire sales store in Seongsan-gu, Changwon, Gyeongnam Province.

The fire burned the store and the tires inside, but was completely extinguished by firefighters who responded to the scene at around 1:55 p.m.

At the time of the fire, four people?including three residents of nearby homes and one employee of the store?evacuated, and there were no reported casualties.

The police and fire authorities are investigating the exact cause of the fire and the extent of the damage.
