Two-Way Exchange Between Banks and Corporations, Building Practical Empathy
Customized Experiences by Department, Including ESG, Loans, Foreign Exchange, and Pensions
Did you know that bank employees go to work at companies, while corporate employees work at banks?
On July 10, Busan Bank (President Bang Seongbin) announced the full-scale launch of its 'One-Day Empathy Marketing Experience' program, designed to broaden mutual understanding and build a foundation for shared growth through practical exchanges with leading local companies.
This program operates as a two-way, one-day experience: Busan Bank employees visit corporate sites to gain hands-on experience, while corporate employees tour various departments within the bank. The intention is to go beyond simple benchmarking of each other's work, allowing both sides to share their work environments and concerns and foster empathy.
The areas of experience include ESG management, policy funds and loan products, foreign exchange operations, labor-management relations, services for foreign customers, retirement pensions, and data analysis and visualization. Participating companies are selected based on recommendations from bank branches.
Busan Bank plans to offer customized training and experiences tailored to the characteristics and requests of each company and department. The goal is to enhance practical understanding of each other's work and to strengthen the foundation for mutual growth.
Kang Seokrae, Head of Corporate Group Customers at Busan Bank, emphasized, "This empathy marketing initiative will serve as the seed for long-term collaboration based on trust with local companies," adding, "We will continue to implement practical marketing strategies that move in step with the region."
