During the preliminary inspection on this day, the agency conducted a demonstration of the application system and focused on checking the system and operational status, the information response system for the five-day application rotation, and scenarios for handling civil complaints. This inspection is a preemptive measure to minimize confusion before the start of applications. With the opening of applications, the agency plans to operate an on-site response system centered on 78 regional centers nationwide.

Park Sunghyo, Chairman of the Small Enterprise and Market Service, stated, "Just like the special support for electricity bills and support for delivery and courier fees, we will thoroughly check the Burden Reduction Credit program from the outset to ensure it is operated quickly and stably." He added, "As this is an important policy to ease the fixed cost burden on small business owners, we will do our utmost to provide seamless support."
