'Good Job Cafe' Women's Job Placement Event Comes to Sincheon-dong, Daegu... 29 Hires by 12 Companies

Daegu City will operate the on-site women's job placement event, the 'Good Job Cafe,' for women who are seeking employment or have experienced career interruptions. The event will be held at the Myeongdeok Bread Mill Dongdaegu branch in Sincheon-dong, starting at 10:00 a.m. on July 10.

This event is organized by the Dalseo Women's New Employment Center, with participation from 12 companies planning to hire a total of 29 women. The recruitment process will be divided into direct hiring?where candidates are immediately employed after on-site interviews (9 companies, 24 positions)?and indirect hiring, where job seekers are recommended to companies (3 companies, 5 positions).

The nine companies conducting on-site interviews include V Plastic Surgery Clinic, Bonne Maman Postnatal Care Center, Thehada Korean Medicine Hospital, Chimsan Top Nursing Home, Sarangmoa Nursing Home, Gamcheon Welfare Foundation Buddha's House, A+ Best Home Care Welfare Center, Sejong Management Research Institute Co., Ltd., and Bogwang Hospital. The three companies offering indirect hiring are Leeting Plastic Surgery Clinic, Suseong Jungdong Hospital, and Hunet Co., Ltd. Daegu Branch.

The available positions are diverse, including nurse, nutritionist, chef, social worker, physical therapist, caregiver, and general affairs staff.

On-site, a variety of employment support services will be offered, such as one-on-one customized career counseling that takes into account each individual's work experience, age, and career interruption period, as well as information on job openings, job seekers, and vocational training programs.

Additionally, side events such as fingerprint aptitude tests, application consulting, career interest card tests, and career interruption prevention support events will be provided.

Meanwhile, the Good Job Cafe is scheduled to be held a total of 10 times this year. In the first half of the year, 5 sessions were conducted, with 675 job seekers registered, 64 companies participating, and 242 on-site interviews, receiving a positive response from female job seekers.
