On July 9, Koo Byungsam, spokesperson for the Ministry of Unification, is giving a briefing at the Government Complex Seoul in Jongno-gu, Seoul, regarding the repatriation of six North Korean residents who drifted into South Korean waters in the East and West Seas in March and May. The repatriation took place today in the East Sea.
