Lotte Hotel & Resorts announced on July 9 that it has rebranded and reopened "The New Yorker Hotel by Lotte Hotel" in the heart of Manhattan, New York.

The New Yorker Hotel is the first franchise hotel introduced by Lotte Hotel & Resorts, both domestically and internationally. Equipped with over 1,000 rooms, five banquet halls, three restaurants, and a fitness center, this property was previously a franchise hotel of the renowned hotel group Wyndham.


In line with its global expansion, Lotte Hotel & Resorts has also revamped its official website. The company focused on streamlining and improving accessibility for key features such as membership registration, reservations, and payments. The number of required fields for membership registration has been reduced from eight to three, and an online reservation and payment system that enables a seamless one-stop process from booking to payment is being introduced in phases.


To celebrate the renewal of its official website, the company is hosting the "Golden Ticket to the USA" event a total of five times, offering trips to Guam, Chicago, Seattle, and New York as prizes. The first event, which offers a chance to win a trip to Guam, runs until July 31. Winners will be selected by lottery and will receive: ▲ a three-night stay at Lotte Hotel Guam Suite and two round-trip tickets from Incheon to Guam (1 winner), ▲ a premium cheesecake (60 winners), and ▲ 4 kg of Lotte Hotel Kimchi (60 winners).


A representative from Lotte Hotel & Resorts stated, "The rebranding and reopening of our franchise hotel, along with the website renewal, are focused on providing tangible benefits to our rewards members," adding, "We will continue to enhance the quality of our digital platform and offer a variety of services that increase the value of our membership, delivering an even more satisfying customer experience."
