Intensive Summer Training for 700 Dealership Service Engineers Nationwide
Kyutrami announced on July 9 that it will conduct the '2025 Dealership Service Technician Training' for approximately 700 service engineers from dealerships nationwide.
Kyutrami holds service technician training every summer to strengthen the service quality competitiveness of engineers working in the field and to improve customer satisfaction.
The 2025 Dealership Service Technician Training, which runs until July 11, is divided into a total of 16 sessions and will be held at seven training centers across the country, including the Magok Kyutrami HVAC Technology Research Center in Seoul, as well as locations in Cheongdo, North Gyeongsang Province; Daejeon; Gwangju; Uijeongbu; Gangwon; and Jeju.
In the morning, participants will review the characteristics of each product and troubleshooting methods for major residential boiler lineups, including instantaneous gas boilers, storage-type gas boilers, and oil boilers. In the afternoon, lectures will be held on the configuration, operation, and servicing of various heating products commonly encountered in the field, such as room controllers, cascade systems, gas and electric water heaters, and third-generation carbon mats.
In particular, Kyutrami has strengthened mindset training through analysis of customer praise and complaint cases and customer satisfaction (CS) expert video lectures, in preparation for increased face-to-face interactions with customers due to the launch of its residential boiler rental service, which is expected to result in more frequent regular inspections and after-sales service (A/S).
A Kyutrami Boiler official stated, "Ahead of the peak sales season, we have prepared the best possible curriculum, including the production of training videos and the recruitment of instructors, so that frontline employees can genuinely enhance their service mindset and competitiveness," adding, "We will continue to improve the quality of our training programs to ensure prompt and friendly responses to an increasingly diverse product lineup and more detailed customer requests."
