Gwangju Namgu Council Forms Special Budget Committee... Eun Bonghee Elected as Chairperson

On July 8, the Gwangju Namgu Council announced that it had formed a Special Committee on Budget and Accounts, electing Eun Bonghee as chairperson and Park Yonghwa as vice chairperson.

The Special Committee on Budget and Accounts consists of a total of seven members, including the chairperson and vice chairperson. Council members Kim Kwangsoo, Noh Soyoung, Park Sangkil, Shin Jonghyuk, and Hwang Kyunga were appointed as committee members. The committee will serve until June 30, 2026.

Chairperson Eun Bonghee stated, "Thorough and responsible review of the budget and accounts is more important than ever given the challenging financial circumstances," and added, "I will do my utmost in committee activities through communication and cooperation with fellow members to help improve the quality of life for residents."
