Venture Business Association Launches Customized Recruitment Matching Service 'HR Bridge'

Three More Institutions Join as Partners
Connecting Venture Companies and Job Seekers

The Venture Business Association announced on July 8 that it has signed agreements with leading artificial intelligence (AI) and information technology (IT) talent education institutions, officially launching its customized recruitment matching service for member companies, "HR Bridge."

Through this agreement, the association will now cooperate with a total of eight institutions, adding Grepp, Team Sparta, and Bit Computer to the existing five partners (Multicampus, LikeLion, ELICE, Fast Campus, and Mega Career Lab).

HR Bridge is a recruitment matching platform that connects graduates of AI and software (SW) developer bootcamps with venture companies. The partner institutions plan to collaborate in various areas centered around this platform, including providing job seeker information and promoting participating companies, in order to generate tangible recruitment outcomes.

This service offers excellent employment opportunities at venture companies for young job seekers and recommends outstanding talent to venture companies, thereby reducing both the time and cost burdens associated with the hiring process. In particular, by focusing on IT developer connections, it is expected to contribute to job creation for young people. The association plans to gradually expand the service to cover a wider range of job categories beyond IT in the future.

Lee Jungmin, Secretary General of the Venture Business Association, stated, "HR Bridge is a customized recruitment service that can help solve the talent shortage faced by venture companies," adding, "We will create a practical matching ecosystem where educational institutions, companies, and job seekers can grow together."
