Hengsheng Group: Platform934 Partners with Aiwei Culture in China for Magic IP Business Collaboration

On July 8, Hengsheng Group announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Platform934, has signed an exclusive partnership with Chinese content producer Aiwei Culture, marking its official entry into the magic content market in China and across Asia.

The two companies will jointly develop and operate a new media intellectual property (IP) tentatively titled "Usang Magic Troupe." They plan to produce content based on this IP and release it on major Chinese new media platforms such as TikTok, Weibo, and WeChat, while also engaging with fans. Platform934 will support affiliated magicians for content production, and Aiwei Culture will oversee content planning, new media channel management, and account operations.

Aiwei Culture is a Chinese content production company led by professional producers with proven expertise and recognition through reality variety shows, music programs, and dramas. Li Wenyu, CEO of Aiwei Culture, is an experienced producer who has participated in directing numerous reality variety shows, including the Chinese versions of Na Youngseok PD's "Grandpas Over Flowers" ("Huayang Yeye") and "Sisters Over Flowers" ("Huayang Zhezhe"). Aiwei Culture aims to capitalize on the growing attention to the magic genre in China by partnering with Platform934 to secure and expand their position in the Chinese magic content market.

A Platform934 representative stated, "Through this exclusive partnership, we have created an opportunity to expand beyond the domestic market into China and other Asian markets. Based on our experience in developing and commercializing proven magic IPs in Korea, we will introduce differentiated content that resonates with the Chinese new media ecosystem and local audiences." The representative added, "We will also strengthen our one source multi use (OSMU) strategy by developing various additional businesses utilizing our IPs."

Platform934 is a company specializing in magic-based performances, management, and content production, with expertise in magic IP.
