Price Is Competitiveness... Price-Capped 'Godeok Jayeon& HausD' Opens First-Priority Applications Today

Gyeonggi Housing and Urban Development Corporation (GH) and Daebo Construction are accepting first-priority applications today for 'Godeok Jayeon& HausD (Jayeon& hausD),' a price-capped apartment complex supplied as a public sale project with private sector participation.


Godeok Jayeon& HausD is located in Pyeongtaek Godeok District A4BL, consisting of seven buildings with one basement floor and up to 23 floors above ground, offering a total of 517 units with exclusive areas of 84 and 98 square meters. The breakdown by type is as follows: 45 units of 84㎡A, 234 units of 84㎡B, 49 units of 84㎡C, and 189 units of 98㎡. Among these, the 98㎡ type is attracting attention as even current homeowners are eligible to apply for first-priority subscription.


The subscription schedule is as follows: first-priority applications are accepted today, followed by second-priority applications on the 9th (Wednesday). The winners will be announced on the 15th (for National Housing) and the 16th (for Private Housing). The contract signing period is scheduled for five days from September 2 (Monday) to September 6 (Friday).


To be eligible for first-priority subscription, applicants must be members of a homeless household residing in the Seoul metropolitan area and have a subscription savings account. However, they must not be subject to subscription restrictions (such as re-winning restrictions), and must meet the requirements for account subscription period, deposit period, income, and assets according to the supply type.


The director of Godeok A Realty Agency stated, "In the special supply held yesterday, the competition rate exceeded 5 to 1, demonstrating its popularity," and added, "Even higher competition is expected in today's first-priority subscription."


In fact, Godeok Jayeon& HausD is highly regarded for its excellent residential environment, equipped with all the necessary infrastructure for daily life. Major commercial facilities such as Rodeo commercial district, Costco, CGV, Emart, and Hanaro Mart are located nearby for convenient use. In addition, Seojeong-ri Station is within walking distance, providing easy access to public transportation, and a BRT station is planned in front of the complex, which is also noteworthy.


Furthermore, Pyeongtaek Jije Station, located one stop from Seojeong-ri Station, allows convenient access to all areas of Seoul via SRT, KTX (planned), and GTX-A and C (planned).

A real estate expert commented, "These days, the sales price is the most important factor in determining the success of a housing sale," and added, "Since Godeok Jayeon& HausD is subject to price caps, buyers can expect a price gain, so strong results are expected in today's first-priority subscription."


The model house is currently operating in the Segyo-dong area of Pyeongtaek, Gyeonggi Province.
