NH Investment & Securities announced on July 8 that the number of companies receiving stock compensation consulting services in partnership with Quotalab has surpassed 40.
In April, NH Investment & Securities signed the industry's first comprehensive memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Quotalab for business cooperation in stock compensation programs, and began full-scale consulting on stock compensation plans in May. Companies using NH Investment & Securities' stock-linked compensation solutions can systematically utilize the stock compensation management services provided by Quotalab. A variety of stock compensation programs?including stock options, Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOP), Employee Stock Purchase Plans (ESPP), Restricted Stock Units (RSU), and Restricted Stock Awards (RSA)?are offered in a customized manner for each company, simplifying the complexity of program operations. For companies that face difficulties in purchasing treasury shares, alternative financial solutions are suggested. Even amid recent discussions on amendments to the Commercial Act, such as treasury share cancellation, the company is recognized for providing practical alternatives that meet corporate needs through RSU and RSA. Most companies participating in the consulting have shown a high level of understanding of the programs, and there is particularly strong interest in the adoption of RSU and RSA.
NH Investment & Securities and Quotalab plan to expand their consulting services beyond listed companies to include ventures and small and medium-sized enterprises, providing customized solutions for each business. Kim Bonggi, Head of the Digital Asset Management Division, stated, "Since we began joint sales activities with Quotalab for stock compensation programs, we have confirmed a high level of client satisfaction," and added, "We will deliver solutions that meet the practical needs of companies through Quotalab's management system and our consulting expertise."
