This seminar, organized by the KB Securities Pension Consulting Department, focused on a variety of practical topics designed to provide real assistance to professionals, including legal issues related to retirement pensions, changes in the system, and management strategies based on the market outlook for the second half of 2025.
Three retirement pension experts participated as speakers, delivering in-depth lectures. First, attorney Cho Hunhee, former head of the legal affairs office at Hyundai Kia Motors and current CEO of Landmark Law Firm, gave a presentation on "Analysis of Precedents for Ordinary Wages and Review of Retirement Pension System Operations," highlighting key legal issues that corporate practitioners should pay attention to.
Next, Kang Gyotae, a certified labor attorney and CEO of Kangho Labor Law Firm, who previously worked in the Retirement Pension Welfare Division of the Ministry of Employment and Labor, took the stage to lecture on "Frequently Asked Practical Cases in Retirement Pensions and Directions for Labor Supervision as Addressed by the Ministry of Employment and Labor."
Finally, Ji Yonghyun, Head of DB Marketing at KB Asset Management, concluded the seminar by presenting "Interest Rate Outlook for the Second Half of 2025 and Retirement Pension Management Strategies."
