The Gyeonggi Pocheon Furniture Industry Cooperative, which was selected as a model case for joint business, has been carrying out a variety of joint projects. These include developing and operating an integrated business model centered on "MAHOL&," which opened in 2018 with national funding and combines a joint exhibition and sales hall, logistics center, and online platform.

This academy was structured to include communication on all aspects of promoting joint projects, on-site visits, and in-depth discussions among participants to identify key success factors. Jung Kyungeun, head of the Seoul Regional Headquarters, stated, "We have provided an opportunity to gain a practical understanding of cooperative joint projects through action- and experience-based learning," and added, "We will spread the key success points identified through this CO-UP Academy to various cooperatives and pool our capabilities so that a wide range of joint projects can be promoted."
