On the 7th, Shuka World posted in the YouTube channel community, "During the recent live broadcast about the earthquake in Japan, a map labeled 'Sea of Japan' was shown," and added, "This was a mistake that occurred because I used Japanese sources, and it is 100% my fault." He continued, "Even though I had checked the materials in advance, the accident happened when I switched to a more visually appealing map right before the broadcast."

Shuka World stated, "This mistake is something I cannot forgive myself for, and I sincerely apologize for causing concern to so many people," emphasizing, "The East Sea is the East Sea, and Dokdo is, of course, our territory." He went on to announce, "As a gesture of apology, I will immediately donate 30 million won to the Korean Red Cross's 'Support for Descendants of Independence Activists' initiative."

In particular, Shuka World also addressed the issue of banning users in the chat who criticized the use of the "Sea of Japan" label during the broadcast. He began by saying, "There have been comments pointing out that users who raised this issue (the use of a Japanese-labeled map) were banned from chatting for 10 minutes during the live broadcast." He explained, "I do not monitor the chat during live broadcasts, so I was not aware of this in real time. I have a moderator to manage the chat, and the moderator responded that the ban was imposed to calm the situation." He continued, "However, it was wrong to ban users for making legitimate criticisms, and this is also my fault. I will make sure that fair and justified comments about reference materials are not banned in the future, as long as they are not abusive or insulting."
