YG Entertainment has apologized and promised follow-up measures in response to complaints from some audience members about obstructed views at the BLACKPINK concert.

On July 7, YG issued an official statement saying, "We deeply apologize for the difficulties experienced by those in the N3 seats due to restricted views of the stage at the BLACKPINK concert held last weekend. We will be taking follow-up actions for those who reported inconvenience in this area." The company added, "We will be even more attentive to the viewing environment in the future and do our best to provide a better concert experience."

BLACKPINK kicked off their world tour 'DEADLINE' at the main stadium of Goyang Sports Complex in Gyeonggi on July 5 and 6. The concert featured the premiere of their new song 'Ttwieo,' and approximately 78,000 people attended over the two days.

Immediately after the concert, some audience members complained that they "could not see the stage at all." The controversial N3 section is located behind the front-stage console and was sold at 132,000 won (B seats), a higher price than the restricted-view seats (99,000 won).

Audience members expressed their frustration on social networking services, saying they "could only watch the concert through the screen and not directly," and demanded refunds from the agency.

Meanwhile, starting with the Goyang concert, BLACKPINK is scheduled to continue their world tour at stadiums in 16 cities, including Los Angeles, Chicago, Toronto, and New York.
