Recently, as social interest in workers' health and safety has increased, occupational health and safety management has become an essential task. This includes the development of safety and health manuals, procedures, and guidelines; operation of a bulletin board for identifying potential hazards; continuous collection of employee feedback; and regular risk assessments.
As a result, the hospital has been officially recognized as a safe institution responsible for the safety of not only its staff but also patients, caregivers, and all visitors through this certification.
Oh Juhyun, Director of Samsung Changwon Hospital, stated, "We will continue to advance our safety and health management system and take the lead in creating a medical environment where both staff and local residents can feel secure."
