The manga "Shangrila Frontier" is based on a web novel of the same name, which has recorded a cumulative 900 million views in Japan. The story follows a protagonist who loves only unpopular games as he embarks on adventures in "Shangrila Frontier," a blockbuster virtual reality (VR) game with 30 million total users. To date, two seasons of the anime series have aired, and production of a third season has also been confirmed.

The game is being developed by Netmarble Nexus. Faithfully reflecting the world view of the original IP, the main content involves exploring the in-game world, meeting a variety of companions and non-player characters (NPCs), and hunting down seven types of monsters that appear in the original work. The game features a two-character tag battle system that can be easily played with one hand, allowing players to experience a range of strategies through character switching.

A Netmarble representative said, "The game video vividly captures the world of 'Shangrila Frontier.' It showcases a variety of key content, including the protagonist's thrilling battles with major monsters such as 'Vopal Bunny' and 'Gluttonous Envoy,' high-quality cutscenes of main NPCs and characters, and diverse combat styles."

The video can be viewed on the Shangrila Frontier anime and Netmarble YouTube channels.
