Subscription Applications Begin on the 7th
Rising Interest Among Newlyweds and Middle-aged Groups
Kolon Global has officially begun the subscription process for "Daejeon Haneulchae Luciere," starting with special supply applications on July 7.
This subscription process will proceed as follows: ▲ special supply on July 7 ▲ first-priority applications on July 8 ▲ second-priority applications on July 9. The winners will be announced on July 15, and contracts will be signed over a three-day period from July 28 to July 30.
First-priority eligibility is open to residents of Daejeon, Sejong, and Chungnam who are at least 19 years old, have been members of a subscription savings account for at least six months, and meet the required deposit amounts based on region and unit size. All household heads, household members, and existing homeowners are eligible to apply.
Notably, there is a six-month resale restriction, but there are no requirements for actual occupancy or restrictions on winning multiple times, which is attracting both end-users and investors.
Despite the heat wave, the model home, which opened on July 4, saw a large turnout from visitors of various age groups, demonstrating strong interest in the project. There were long lines to tour the units, and the consultation area was crowded with prospective buyers waiting for assistance.
A visitor, Mr. Hwang (38), said, "I liked that the complex offers premium community facilities and that childcare and education can be handled within the complex. I think it will help improve my quality of life, so I plan to apply."
"Daejeon Haneulchae Luciere" is gaining attention as a rare complex in Daejeon equipped with high-end community facilities.
In addition to premium amenities such as a sky lounge, movie salon, and personal spa, the complex has partnered with Jjaekkakseom x Mogwai and Jongno M School to provide Daejeon's first one-stop childcare and education solution, offering a distinct competitive edge.
The residential environment is also highly rated. The complex is within walking distance of an elementary school and close to Daejeon Station, offering excellent convenience. It is positioned as a leading landmark within a large-scale high-rise brand residential town of about 4,700 households in the Seonhwa-dong area, giving it both symbolic significance and scarcity value.
In particular, with the previously supplied "Daejeon Haneulchae Sky& 1·2" complexes, the "Haneulchae Brand Town" will comprise approximately 2,900 households, creating expectations for premium synergy effects.
Furthermore, major urban development projects such as the mixed-use development around Daejeon Station East Plaza and the Urban Convergence Special Zone are being promoted in succession, raising expectations for future value.
Another visitor, Mr. Song (36), commented, "This is a complex that is promising not only for actual residence but also for potential capital gains. I think it is a rare and valuable subscription opportunity."
"Daejeon Haneulchae Luciere" will be built in Seonhwa-dong, Jung-gu, Daejeon, with a total of 998 units across five basement levels and up to 49 floors above ground, covering a total exclusive area of 84,119 square meters.
Of these, 657 units with an exclusive area of 84 square meters will be supplied in the first phase, with the breakdown as follows: ▲ 84㎡A - 223 units ▲ 84㎡B - 217 units ▲ 84㎡C - 217 units.
The model home is located in Doan-dong, Seo-gu, Daejeon, and move-in is scheduled for July 2029.
