As the government expands its stringent lending regulations across the board to curb overheating in the real estate market, the threshold for homeownership among genuine buyers in the Seoul metropolitan area is rising even higher. With the announcement of the "Household Debt Management Reinforcement Plan" on June 27 and the implementation of the third stage of the stress DSR, the actual amount of loans available has dropped sharply in most areas of the metropolitan region. This has led to market confusion, including cases where buyers are giving up on contracts.


However, "Truel Signature Cheonan Station" is drawing attention as a rare beneficiary that has avoided these tightened regulations. Since the complex completed its tenant recruitment notice before the regulatory announcement, it is not subject to the strengthened interim and balance loan restrictions. Both interim and balance loans of over 600 million KRW are available, and even multi-homeowners are eligible to apply, making it a notable alternative housing option for metropolitan area buyers.

Furthermore, the GTX-C line has completed government approval and the announcement of its master plan, entering the finalization stage, which is raising expectations among buyers. Once the GTX-C opens, travel from Cheonan Station to Seoul’s Samseong Station will be possible within 40 minutes, positioning the complex as a core residential area within the metropolitan region. Combined with existing transportation such as Metropolitan Line 1, KTX·SRT Cheonan-Asan Station, National Route 1, and Cheonan IC, the complex will be at the center of an extensive transportation network.

The initial contract deposit is 5 million KRW, with a 5% contract payment and interest-free interim payments, providing favorable terms that reduce the initial burden and avoid high interest rate risks.
